Sophrology
Sophrology is a close cousin of hypnosis, mindfulness meditation. Over time they have enriched each other, but the great particularity of sophrology is its bodily approach.

Sophrology uses relaxation and visualization techniques by combining breathing exercises and body exercises in order to achieve optimal relaxation and emotional and psychic well-being. The main objective of sophrology is a transformation of our consciousness in order to allow the development of our skills and abilities.

This work is done gently and conscientiously by very simple and very pleasant techniques, we will learn to relax and put a distance with what disturbs us.
Then through breathing, body movements, visualizations,
meditation, the rediscovery of our 5 senses, perceptions, sounds and vibrations, we will allow our existential values to reveal themselves and give meaning to our existence.
This quest for meaning and the strength of our values allow us to go through the major stages of our lives with more confidence.
